Terms of service

These terms form a binding agreement between you ("you", "your") and Frameboard Limited ("Frameboard", "we", "us") governing your use of the Frameboard service at myframeboard.app and related domains (the "Service"). By creating an account you accept these terms.

1. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act on behalf of any organisation you represent. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

You retain ownership of all proposals, catalogue items, client data and other content you submit ("Your Content"). You grant Frameboard a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process and display Your Content solely to operate the Service for you.

4. Our service

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance will be announced where practical.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically on the same billing cycle until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. We do not refund part-used periods except where required by law.

Prices shown exclude VAT. UK customers will be charged UK VAT at the prevailing rate. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. AI output

The Service uses AI to generate proposal copy. AI output is provided as a drafting aid. You are responsible for reviewing, editing and approving all AI-generated content before sending it to clients. Frameboard is not liable for the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated content.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including all software, designs, logos and documentation, is owned by Frameboard and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service in accordance with these terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frameboard's total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate for convenience on 30 days' notice. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for material breach of these terms. On termination you remain liable for any unpaid fees and your access to the Service ends.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be resolved by the courts of England and Wales.
