Common questions

What are AI credits?
AI credits are used when Frameboard generates or rewrites proposal content. Generating a full proposal from a brief costs around 4 credits. Rewriting a single section costs 0.25 credits. Top-ups are available if you run out.
Can I change plan at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from your account settings. Changes apply immediately. If you downgrade, you keep access to the higher tier until the end of your billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice with net-30 terms.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No contracts. Monthly plans cancel anytime. Annual plans are billed upfront for 12 months with 3 months free.
Do my clients need a Frameboard account?
No. Clients view, approve, sign, and pay via a branded link. They get a magic-link inbox automatically - no signup, no passwords.
What is a seat?
A seat is one salesperson who sends proposals. Buyers, viewers, and admins do not count as seats. Only active sellers need a paid seat.
