How the ranking works
Your position is calculated by the Frameboard algorithm, using data from every proposal you send, close, and get paid on.
Revenue closed
The total value of proposals your clients have approved. Bigger deals, bigger impact on your rank - regardless of what you sell.
Deals won
Every approved proposal counts as a closed deal. Consistency matters - closing 12 deals shows a repeatable process, not just luck.
Win rate
The percentage of sent proposals that convert to approved deals. A high win rate signals quality over quantity. Minimum 3 proposals sent to qualify.
The algorithm blends these factors with proprietary weighting so that a recruiter closing 20 placements
and a media agency landing a single six-figure retainer can both compete on the same board.
