When you send a proposal in Frameboard, a deal is automatically created in your Zoho CRM Deals module with the correct value and details.

Contact sync

Proposal recipients are matched to existing Zoho contacts by email. If no match is found, a new contact is created in Zoho CRM.

Deal stage mapping

Map Frameboard proposal statuses to your Zoho CRM deal stages. Stages update automatically as proposals progress.

Activity logging

Every proposal event - views, approvals, payments - is logged as a note on the Zoho CRM deal record for full visibility.

Setup

How to set up

Sign up or log in to Frameboard

Create your free account at myframeboard.app or log in to your existing workspace.

Go to Settings > Integrations

Open your workspace settings and navigate to the Integrations tab.

Click "Connect Zoho CRM"

Press the Connect button next to Zoho CRM. You will be redirected to Zoho to authorise the connection via OAuth.

Authorise the connection

Log in to your Zoho account and grant Frameboard access to your CRM modules for deals, contacts, and notes.

Configure your preferences

Map your deal stages, set your default pipeline, and choose how contacts and activities should sync.

Proposals become Zoho CRM deals

Each sent proposal creates a deal in the Zoho CRM Deals module with the correct value, stage, and closing date.

Contacts synced automatically

Proposal recipients are matched to existing Zoho contacts by email. New contacts are created when no match is found.

Frameboard proposal statuses map to your Zoho deal stages. Stages update as proposals move through the pipeline.

Activity notes on deal records

Common questions

Which Zoho CRM editions does it work with?
The Frameboard integration works with all Zoho CRM editions - Free, Standard, Professional, Enterprise, and Ultimate. Any edition with API access is supported.
Does it support Zoho One?
Yes. If you use Zoho One, the Frameboard integration connects to your Zoho CRM module within your Zoho One suite. The setup process is identical.
Can I map custom modules?
Currently, the integration syncs to the standard Zoho CRM Deals module. Custom module support is on our roadmap. You can map custom deal stages within the standard Deals module.
Does it create duplicate contacts?
No. Frameboard matches proposal recipients to existing Zoho contacts by email address before creating any new records. Duplicates are prevented at the matching step.
