How to set up

Sign up or log in to Frameboard

Create your free account at myframeboard.app or log in to your existing workspace.

Go to Settings > Integrations

Open your workspace settings and navigate to the Integrations tab.

Click "Add to Slack"

Press the Connect button next to Slack. You will be redirected to Slack to authorise the connection.

Authorise the connection

Select the Slack workspace and channel where you want to receive notifications, then click Allow.

Configure your preferences

Back in Frameboard, choose which notification types to receive and customise your alert settings.

Common questions

Is the Slack integration free?

Yes. The Slack integration is included on all Frameboard plans at no additional cost.

Can I choose which channel receives notifications?

Absolutely. During installation, you select the Slack channel where notifications should be posted. You can change this at any time from your Frameboard Settings.

What notifications will I receive?

By default, you receive notifications when a proposal is viewed, approved, and paid. You can also enable daily pipeline summaries. All notification types can be toggled individually from your preferences.

Can multiple team members connect Slack?

Yes. Each workspace connects once, and all team members in that workspace will see notifications in the shared channel. Individual users can also configure personal DM notifications.
