When you send a proposal in Frameboard, a deal is automatically created in Pipedrive with the correct value and details.

Bidirectional stage sync

Move a deal in Pipedrive and it updates in Frameboard. Approve a proposal in Frameboard and the Pipedrive stage moves automatically.

Activity logging

Every proposal event - views, approvals, payments - is logged as an activity on the Pipedrive deal timeline.

Contact matching

Frameboard matches proposal recipients to existing Pipedrive contacts by email, or creates new ones automatically.

How to set up

Sign up or log in to Frameboard

Create your free account at myframeboard.app or log in to your existing workspace.

Go to Settings > Integrations

Open your workspace settings and navigate to the Integrations tab.

Click "Connect Pipedrive"

Press the Connect button next to Pipedrive. You will be redirected to Pipedrive to authorise the connection via OAuth.

Authorise the connection

Log in to your Pipedrive account and grant Frameboard access to create and update deals, contacts, and activities.

Configure your preferences

Select which Pipedrive pipeline to use, map your deal stages, and choose your sync preferences.

What gets synced

Proposals become Pipedrive deals

Each sent proposal creates a deal with the correct value, organisation, and contact person.

Deal stages sync both ways

Move a deal stage in either platform and the other updates automatically.

Proposal events logged as activities

Views, approvals, and payments appear on the Pipedrive deal timeline as activities.

Contacts matched or created

Proposal recipients are matched to existing Pipedrive contacts by email. New contacts are created if no match is found.

FAQ

Common questions

Does it create duplicate contacts?
No. Frameboard matches proposal recipients to existing Pipedrive contacts by email address first. A new contact is only created if no match is found.
Which pipeline does it use?
You choose which Pipedrive pipeline to use during setup. This is fully configurable from your Frameboard Settings and can be changed at any time.
Can I map custom deal stages?
Yes. During configuration, you can map each Frameboard proposal status (Draft, Sent, Viewed, Approved, Paid) to your custom Pipedrive deal stages.
What happens to existing Pipedrive deals?
Connecting Frameboard does not affect your existing Pipedrive data. New deals are only created when you send proposals from Frameboard going forward.
