When a Calendly meeting is booked, Frameboard automatically creates a draft proposal using the meeting brief as context.

Meeting details, attendee info, and notes are pulled into the proposal so you never start from scratch.

Setup

Create your free account at myframeboard.app or log in to your existing workspace.

Open your workspace settings and navigate to the Integrations tab.

Press the Connect button next to Calendly. You will be redirected to Calendly to authorise the connection via your Calendly account.

Select which Calendly event types should auto-create proposals. Exclude internal meetings, 1:1s, or anything that does not need a proposal.

Each booked meeting on a selected event type generates a draft proposal pre-filled with meeting context.

Meeting attendee details populate proposal client fields

Attendee name, email, and company are pulled from the Calendly booking and mapped to proposal recipient fields.

Meeting notes and agenda items feed into AI proposal generation

Any notes or questions from the Calendly booking form are passed to the AI generator for smarter proposal content.

Cancellations update proposal status to prevent stale drafts

If a Calendly meeting is cancelled, the linked draft proposal is flagged so stale proposals do not clutter your pipeline.

FAQ

Which Calendly plans does it work with?

The integration works with Calendly Standard and above. Calendly's free tier does not support OAuth integrations.

Does it create a proposal for every meeting?

Only for the event types you select during setup. You can exclude internal meetings, 1:1s, and any other event types that do not need a proposal.

Can I edit the auto-created proposal before sending?

Yes. Auto-created proposals are saved as drafts. You review, edit, and send when ready.

Does it work with Calendly routing forms?

Yes. Proposals are created based on the final booked event, regardless of how the booking was routed.
