How quickly will we see results?
Most campaigns begin generating leads within the first 7-10 days of going live. However, the first 2-4 weeks are primarily about learning and optimisation. Expect to see meaningful volume and cost improvements from week 5 onwards, with full campaign maturity at 8-10 weeks.
What happens if a platform isn't performing?
We monitor performance daily and reallocate budget dynamically. If a platform consistently underperforms after 3-4 weeks of optimisation, we'll recommend shifting that budget to the higher-performing channels. You'll always be informed before any major budget changes are made.
Do we need to provide our own creative assets?
No. Creative production is included in this engagement. We handle everything from concept to final asset, including copywriting, design, and video production. We will need access to your brand guidelines and any existing assets you'd like us to incorporate.
How do you define a "qualified lead"?
We'll agree on lead qualification criteria during the discovery phase. Typically this includes job title, company size, industry, and engagement signals. We track both MQLs (form fills, content downloads) and SQLs (demo requests, direct enquiries) separately in reporting.
What's the minimum contract period?
This proposal covers a 90-day engagement. We recommend a minimum of 3 months to allow campaigns to reach full maturity. After the initial period, we can move to a rolling monthly arrangement with 30 days' notice.

Scope of work
This agreement covers the services outlined in the pricing section above. Any work outside the defined scope will be quoted separately and require written approval before commencement. Scope changes requested after campaign launch may incur additional fees.
Intellectual property
All creative assets produced under this engagement are owned by Meridian Group upon full payment. Brightwave Agency retains the right to use anonymised campaign data and results for case studies and marketing purposes, with prior written consent.
Cancellation policy
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon cancellation, Meridian Group will be invoiced for all work completed up to the termination date. Prepaid fees for undelivered work will be refunded within 14 business days.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during this engagement. This includes campaign data, business strategy, audience insights, and financial information. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.
